Yes, particularly for Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations and Operations roles. We have structured onboarding and training for freshers, and many of our current team leads started here as freshers.

Our primary office and most operational roles are based in Gwalior. Specific project roles may require on-site presence at our township locations. Remote-friendly roles are limited and decided case by case.

Compensation is competitive for Tier-2 city real estate, with sales-facing roles having strong incentive components. Specific salary ranges are discussed transparently during the interview process — we do not believe in last-minute surprises.

Yes. We support RERA certification for relevant roles, sales certification programs and structured product training for new joiners. Continuous learning is part of how we grow.
